ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର: ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସରେ ଛାତ୍ର/ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ଘଟଣାକୁ ନେଇ ଗଭୀର ଉଦବେଗ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ । ତେବେ କେବଳ କିଟ୍ କୁ କାହିଁକି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରି ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଯେଉଁଠି ବି ଯେତେଜଣ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା କରିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ସବିଶେଷ ତଥ୍ୟ ମାଗିଛନ୍ତି । କେବଳ କିଟ୍ ବିରୋଧରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ନିଆଯିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଏହି ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ମୋହନ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଅଡୁଆରେ ପକାଇଛି ।
କିଟ୍ ରେ ନେପାଳୀ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ମାମଲାରେ ଜାତୀୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର କମିସନଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଉପରେ ରହିତାଦେଶ ଅବଧି ବୃଦ୍ଧିର ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ହାଇକୋର୍ଟର ବିଚାରପତି ଏସ.କେ ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗରେ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାଗତ ତ୍ରୁଟି କେଉଁଠି ରହିଛି ତାହାର ତଥ୍ୟ ସମ୍ବଳିତ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦେବାକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । କେବଳ କିଟ୍ ଏବଂ କିସ୍ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୀମିତ ନ ରହି ସବୁ ସରକାରୀ ଓ ବେସରକାରୀ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ତଥ୍ୟ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସେଥିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ।
ବିଚାରପତି ତାଙ୍କ ଶୁଣାଣିରେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ମାମଲାକୁ କୋର୍ଟ ବିରୋଧାତ୍ମକ ବୋଲି ମନେ କରୁନାହାନ୍ତି । ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ବିଚାରରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପାଇଁ ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମାନ ନୋଟିସ୍ ଜାରି ହେବା ଉଚିତ୍ । ଏ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ସଠିକ୍ ଅନୁପାଳନ ହେଉଛି ନା ନାହିଁ ତାହା କୋର୍ଟ ଜାଣିବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଅଛି ।
ଫେବ୍ରୁଆରୀ ୧୬ ରେ କିଟ୍ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଜଣେ ନେପାଳୀ ଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ଘଟଣାରେ ଜାତୀୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର କମିଶନ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ଦାୟୀ କରି ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୭ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କଠାରୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ମାଗିଥିଲେ । ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୧୪ ତାରିଖରେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଏହାକୁ ଚାଲେଞ୍ଜ କରିଥିଲେ କିଟ୍ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ । ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୭ରେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ଜାତୀୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର କମିସନଙ୍କ ଶୁଣାଣି ଉପରେ ରହିତାଦେଶ ଜାରି କରିଥିଲେ । ମାତ୍ର ହାଇକୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ଏହି ରହିତାଦେଶକୁ ଅମାନ୍ୟ କରି ପୁନର୍ବାର ନୋଟିସ ପଠାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହା ଉପରେ କିଟ୍ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ କୋର୍ଟଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ଆବେଦନକୁ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍ ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି କିଟ୍ ଓ କିସ୍ ବିରୋଧରେ କୌଣସି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନକୁ ବାରଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
ସୂଚନାଥାଉକି, ନେପାଳୀ ଛାତ୍ରୀ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ଘଟଣାରେ କିଟ୍ କୁ ଫସାଇବାକୁ ପଣ୍ଡାଙ୍କ ଓଟିଭି ଚାନେଲ୍ ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଭୂମିକା ନେଇଛି । ମାଲିକ-ମାଲିକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପୂର୍ବ ଶତ୍ରୁତା କାରଣରୁ ଏହି ଚାନେଲ୍ କିଟ୍ ପଛରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ସର୍ବତ୍ର ଆଲୋଚନା ହେଉଛି । କିଟ୍ କୁ ମାରିଥିବା ଓଟିଭିର ତୀର ବୁଲି ବୁଲି ମୋହନ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଆସିବା କୌତୁହଳ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି । ଆଗକୁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଉପରେ ଏବେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ନଜର ।

We have to change the Educational patterns and according to our faulty life style of the parents students are not in getting the moral support from their elders. It’s a big problem we are facing for the students and for the youth mass those who are our future and makers of our Country. So in every Educational Institutions should appoint Psychologist and monitor to the students as well as the teachers. Blaming to particular Institute or an University is at all not the solution..
It is only media propaganda to defame KIIT. But due to this the name and fame of KIIT UNIVERSITY will be more as the people today are not fool.They know who is who.
