Bhubaneswar; Xavier School of Rural Management (XSRM) will be hosting its annual business conclave, Abhivyakti’20, on 10th and 11thOctober, 2020. This business conference is beingconducted virtually for first time.The event is being organised by the Rural Managers’ Association of XSRM (RMAX) and has generated quite a buzz among the students. The theme “Disruption driven green shoots: An antidote for development” draws special attention on how vital aspects of innovation-driven growth & Green shoots can bring a sign of renewal capacity. In this event, we willwitness eminent speakers from diverse fields sharing their insightful views and will be engaging in an intense discussion about various topics related to their pedagogy. The main aim of this conclave is to provide Rural Management(RM) students with a new way of contemplating innovative ideas for the present and upcoming future and to boost their motivation for the challenges that they will be facing in their professional career.
The event will be graced by eminent industry experts addressing the issues surrounding the theme and imparting their knowledge and experience to the students.
